ANDREW HAYS
A multidisciplinary creative, Andrew is recognised for his work globally as a creative director and product designer in the lifestyle sector. He also has a successful career as a production designer for film, television and the performing arts, having created productions in some of the world's most important opera houses including the Sydney Opera House, Arena di Verona and the Royal Opera House.
A graduate of Architecture from the prestigious NIDA (in the same year as Arteim co-founder Kimm Kovac), Andrew draws on his design acumen to create highly acclaimed products and experiences, most recently product he and Kimm created, being the recipient of an IF Award, Plus X Award and Red Dot Award. Before founding Arteim, Andrew was creative and brand director for some of the world's most exclusive lifestyle brands including Smallbone of Devizes and Poggenpohl .
KIMM KOVAC
Kimm is an award winning Designer working globally across multiple platforms including opera, theatre, architecture, product, events, film & television. She also has extensive experience in creative and product development for luxury brands.

Kimm holds a Bachelor of Design in Architecture (Hons) from UTS and a Bachelor of Dramatic Art in Design from NIDA. She is regularly invited to speak on design and is a champion for emerging designers. During her highly successful career she has designed for clients such as Royal Opera House, Sydney Olympics, BBC, Teatro La Fenice and M&C Saatchi.
